It only took two (and a half!) trimesters to write this (HOW am I already in Trimester 3?!) but baby girl is coming! I cannot believe in a little over a month she will be with us and I will be a mom of 2! I still can’t believe that I’m having a girl. It really does feel like a dream, as cheesy as that sounds. I was CONVINCED with Bodie that I was having a girl, so when I found out I was having a boy I was a little sad. It turned out to be the best thing to happen to me though- Bodie is the sweetest little boy and I can’t picture it any other way.
One reason it has probably taken me so long to write this post is because of how nauseas I’ve been throughout this whole pregnancy. I was definitely nauseas with Bodie, but it didn’t last as long as it has this time around. It’s crazy how quickly you can go from feeling completely normal to feeling like you can’t do anything in a matter of a few days. I swear I found out I was pregnant and within a week my nausea hit so hard.

Nausea aside, I’ve been trying to enjoy this pregnancy as much as possible knowing it may be my last. I will definitely miss indulging on whatever craving comes my way (Some notable cravings were Jack’s pizza for pretty much my whole first trimester, ramen, and cherry pop tarts) and feeling baby girl’s kicks. As much as I want to enjoy every second of these last few weeks, it’s hard not to wish for her to be here already. I can’t wait to see who she looks like, how Bodie will react to meeting her, and all the sweet newborn cuddles.
So excited to share more once she is here 💗
